Before you decide to submit the question to our support forums, make sure you have done the following:

  • Carefully read the installation instructions
  • Read the theme documentation

If your question is not covered in these documents, search our forums to see if anyone else had asked the same thing. If not, then go ahead and post your question and we’ll get back to you shortly.


How do I get theme support?

We provide free support for everyone who has bought one of our themes. To access support forums, please complete the following steps:

  1. Get your "purchase confirmation code" from Downloads page in your ThemeForest account;
  2. Visit registration page and enter the purchase code to get verified;
  3. Done! Feel free to post your question.
